The Bristol Mall, conveniently located in Bristol, Virginia, off Interstate 81 near the Virginia/Tennessee border, has been an important economic link to Bristol’s success for decades. The Mall features 490,000 square feet and is home to popular anchor tenants Belk, Sears and J.C. Penney. It contributes to the local economic employment base by providing jobs for more than 600 individuals and has a retail sales potential in its trade area of more than $1.2 billion. The Mall averages visits of more than 53,700 vehicles per day and is visited by shoppers with an average household income of more than $50,000.
